How long does shipping take?

Once your order is in, we hustle like a cat chasing a laser pointer. Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • Singapore orders: Expect your purchase to arrive in about 3 working days after shipping.
  • International orders: Delivery time depends on where in the world you are. Estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • We do free shipping for Singapore orders above S$100, and free international shipping for orders above S$150.
  • For Singapore orders below S$100, shipping is a flat S$5.
  • For international orders below S$150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Curiosity doesn’t just kill cats, it tracks packages too. All orders (local or international) will come with a tracking code, and you’ll receive an email once your items are on their way!

 

Do I have to pay custom duties and import taxes?

Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local government, and unfortunately, can’t sneak past customs.

No one likes surprises, and these fees are not included in the price you see at checkout, so it’s best you check with your local customs office before ordering. Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control - even our best zoomies can’t speed things up.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and we may not be able to refund the order in such cases.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives with a defect. We take great care in making sure each tee is purrfect before it leaves our hands.

How should I wash my t-shirt?

To keep your t-shirt looking great climb after climb, follow these care tips:

  • Wash in cold or lukewarm water (no more than 30°C / 86°F).
  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
  • Skip the bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Avoid high heat when drying. We recommend air drying. If you use a dryer, use a low heat setting.
